How it works

Creating a personalised postcard could not be simpler, having clicked on the Create Your Postcard button just follow the 4 easy steps in the top right hand box:-

1.       Firstly select your postcard layout using either one, two or four photos in portrait or landscape.

2.       Next click the browse... button/s to upload your photo/s. This will open a browser window so you can find your photos whether they are stored on the computer, a digital camera via a USB cable or a memory card. Please be aware that the system will only accept JPEG image files. 

The upload time can take from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on your internet speed and photo size. Be aware print quality is dependent on the resolution of the images uploaded; we recommend a minimum of 350 dpi.

Once you have chosen your perfect photos you’ll then have the option to add a greeting onto the front of your postcard using different fonts, text sizes and colours, and place wherever you like by clicking and holding the white cross.

3.       Next write your personal message, add the UK postal address and click the Add button to add the postcard to your basket. Once uploaded you can then alter your original postcard for other recipients by changing the address and message. If you want to change the greeting text or photos click the back button and proceed as before.

4.       Once you have created all your postcards click on the Checkout button. Here you will be able to preview your creations. When you are happy enter your name and email address before clicking on your chosen payment method.

Your order is confirmed via secure payment through either PayPal or Google Checkout.

All orders received and validated by the payment process are printed and posted the following working day using Royal Mail First Class delivery.

Please be aware that First Class aims to deliver within 1 to 2 days, however once the postcards are posted they are in the control of the Royal Mail so delivery times may vary.

All postcards are digitally colour printed and finished to A6 size using 330 gsm single-side coated graphical board and laminated for superior image quality and protection.
